Um, what?
Greetings folks!
Thank you for visiting this online journal. My name is Nono (a.k.a. Noel C. Acosta) and I’m into computers, music, cats and some other business stuff.
Exasperated Machine is the title of a song I wrote before the turn of the century for my music project Names Are For Tombstones. I have other music projects: Watari’s Machine (that I do on and off with Boy Ramos, Ney Valerio, Weng Zamora and Arwin Tolentino); guitarist for Isolation Ward (with Eric Luna, Jiggs Bobis & Dennis Oalmeda and currently in hiatus); and the bedroom project Siren Song.

For the computers part I maintain websites; do random web design and programming (including web-based dbase apps); and do print layout now and then. Currently I am looking at other business ventures that I could get into and things seem to point to property management.
(A dream career is actually earning from the music I compose.)
I’ve been meaning to start a journal again after a couple of years of doing it the hard way (that is coding posts using HTML and a text editor). Before the term blog became common, I kept a journal that was updated regularly. Somehow I lost the desire for it (probably because of changes in priorities). But here I am doing it again and hopefully it finally sticks.
I hope you enjoy your stay here and visit my journal often. Welcome to Exasperated Machine And Other Strange Metaphors.
